PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick connection device for construction machinery which is easily used and costlessly manufactured without use of a large-sized spring parts or the like by selectively moving a gate part between the opening and closing positions to engage the fitting pin of a bucket with a recess and by engaging the gate part with a latch member to be held therein, when the gate part and the latch member are located in the closing position. SOLUTION: A quick connection device 10 fitted to an arm 12 of an excavator is revolved around the arm pin 42 of the front end of the arm 12 by operating a bucket cylinder fixed to the rear end and a fitting link 50 of the arm 12 at both ends thereof, and the upper and lower fitting pins 60, 62 of the excavation bucket are engaged with recesses 72, 74 provided in the side plate. A gate part 130 of a fixing member is selectively moved between the opening and closing positions by a hydraulic cylinder 124. When the gate part 130 and the latch member 82 constituted to be rotatable between the closing and opening positions are located at the closing position respectively, the gate part 130 is engaged with the latch member 82 to close the recess of the latch and retain the latch member 82 in the closing position. |
