PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing efficiency by shortening processing time from the cutting of a printing web to the piling and shorten a carrier distance. SOLUTION: This machine is a sheeter for printing machine 100 constituted by arranging an upper high speed tape means 108 and a lower low speed tape means 110 on an exit side from a cut part 104 cutting a web 102 into a sheet- form and providing a stack part 112 of cut paper on the side of a discharge end of the lower low speed tape means 110. A snapper extending the upper high speed tape means 108 so as to cover an upper surface part of the stack part 112, carrying cut paper up to the upper part of the stack part 112 by the upper high speed tape means 108, and receiving and delivering a paper end part of cut paper carried at high speed from the upper high speed tape means 108 to the lower low speed tape means 110 is provided. |
