PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive zoom lens device capable of macro- photographing with a simple structure. SOLUTION: As for the zoom lens device 10, a normal photographing cam surface 126 and a macro-photographing cam surface 126G are formed on a cam plate 74 constituting the open aperture control member 84 of a lens shutter 42, and when a macro photographing mode is selected, the cam pin 124 of the open aperture control member 84 is brought into press contact with the macro-photographing cam surface 126G by the work of a toggle mechanism 117. In this case, the open value of shutter blades 78 and 80 becomes smaller than an open value set at the normal photographing and a depth of field is increased, then, the macro-photographing is enabled.
