PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure connection between a garnish front and a garnish rear by absorbing a part of a large charge on a headrest. SOLUTION: This headrest garnish is provided with the garnish front and rear 11 and 12 which are cylindrical, divided into front and rear parts to be fitted into a through hole opened the headrest in a front/rear direction from its front and rear side to be abutted on each other, a flat arch formed female anchor 19 to be made to project to the upper part of the outer peripheral surface 15 of the front 11, and stopper fins 22 to abut on cross wire 46 of a headrest 43 when the garnish rear is deviated or tilted in the through hole. The headrest garnish includes a male anchor 20 with a pawl, other flat arch formed female anchors 23 and 24, and other male anchors 25 and 26 with pawls.
