PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply/reheating device preventing unexpected discharge of high temperature water into a bathtub. SOLUTION: The hot-water supply/reheating device is characterized by that a fan 38 supplying combustion air is shared by a burner 28 for hot-water supply and a burner 18 for reheating, and it is provided with a hot-water supply means (a hot-water supply heating part 14), a reheating means (a reheating heating part 12), a reheating switch 154 for commanding reheating, and control means (a controller 120, and a remote control unit 140). During automatic hot water filling operation, hot water is filled in the bathtub by using hot water from the hot-water supply means, and during reheating operation and heat retainment automatic reheating operation of heating bathtub water to a set temperature, after the bathtub water has reached the set temperature, reheating operation is carried out every predetermined time or in reheating operation by operation of the reheating switch, reheating combustion is prohibited when there is a hot-water supply action during heat retainment automatic reheating, and reheating combustion following hot-water supply combustion is carried out when there is hot-water supply action during reheating that is other than heat retainment automatic reheating.
