PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating member for an oscillating motor capable of bringing a feeding brush near the inside periphery of a commutator, almost to the limit. SOLUTION: This member is the rotating member for the oscillating motor, having a rotor of which one or more than one armature coil are formed at a deviated position and the commutator in a flat surface type having a sliding electrode which is disposed concentrically with the rotor and brought into contact with the feeding brush. A cable portion, electrically connected with the sliding electrode, is provided at the commutator as a through hole, and the terminal of a winding of the armature coils is cabled and connected electrically with the cable portion, and the through hole is provided on the outer periphery side of the sliding electrode of the commutator.
