PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device inhibiting temperature dependency without increasing a chip area and capable of obtaining excellent characteristics within a wide temperature range. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a detection resistance element in which a resistor 3b having positive temperature characteristics and a resistor 3a having negative temperature characteristics are connected in parallel.
