PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of carrying out calibration processing without the need for stopping a print job to be able to considerably enhance the print efficiency. SOLUTION: The image processing system is characterized in including: a means for analyzing color components in image data; a means for prescribing a color component to be corrected on the basis of the analyzed data; a means for prescribing a region wherein the color component exist; a means for carrying out measurement on the basis of the prescribed partial information; and a means for carrying out color correction on the basis of the obtained information.
