DIGITAL CONTENTS RESERVATION AND DELIVERY SYSTEM, RECORDING MEDIUM FOR PROGRAM FOR CONTENTS SERVER, AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR PROGRAM FOR DOWNLOADING TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reserving and delivering large-volume digital contents without preparing special user's preparing facilities nor imposing temporal restrictions on the user. SOLUTION: This system includes a contents server 2 which delivers contents, a reservation terminal 1 which reserves the delivery of the contents to the contents server 2, and at least one downloading terminal 4 by which the user receives the reserved contents. Further, this system has a downloading terminal management center 3 which manages information regarding the downloading terminal 4 and selects the downloading terminal 4 according to positional information. The contents server 2 obtains the information regarding the downloading terminal 4 at the delivery destination of the contents having positional relation with the reservation terminal 1 and sends the information regarding the downloading terminal 4 back to the reservation terminal 1, so that the delivery- reserved contents are delivered to the downloading terminal 4 as the delivery destination.
