PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work required for handling an insect-capturing sheet. SOLUTION: An insect trap 10 comprises an attracting means 12 for attracting insects, the insect-capturing sheet 11 delivered to the vicinity of the attracting means 12 and a holding means 13 for deliverably holding the insect-capturing sheet 11. The insect-capturing sheet 11 is provided with a substrate sheet 11A forming a belt-like state, an adhesive layer 11B laminated onto one surface of the substrate sheet 11A and a detaching sheet 11C, made to temporarily adhere with the adhesive layer 11B. The holding means 13 successively releases and recovers the release sheet 11C via a release means 34 from the insect-capturing sheet 11 by the actions of a delivery means 36, and at the same time, the unused adhesive layer 11B of the insect-capturing sheet 11 is expressed.
