PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of providing a skin care advantages, for examples, oil control, imparting of mat-feel, brightness, and skin homogeneity, while being able to wash the skin efficiently.SOLUTION: Such a composition can be obtained by a composition containing: (a) 40-99 mass%, preferably 50-98 mass%, more preferably 80-95 mass% of water with respect to the total mass of the composition; (b) at least one kind of nonionic surfactant; and (c) at least one kind of amorphous agglomerate particle. The composition according to the invention can provide excellent imparting mat-feel and/or washing and/or skin brightening and/or skin homogenizing effect, and can be used without need for rinsing.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
