PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of being obtained by an extrusion film production of a resin sheet capable of achieving both of sufficient foam ratio and good foam state with inconspicuous gas leakage during foaming, the resin sheet, a laminate sheet and a foam wall paper using the same.SOLUTION: The resin composition for forming a foam resin layer of a foam wall paper having a substrate and a foam resin layer arranged on the substrate contains a foaming agent, a silane crosslinkable resin and a hydration metallic compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
