PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of a wrinkle in a separator wound-around body.SOLUTION: A slit device (6) changes a transportation direction of a first separator (12a) to a first winding roller (70U) side by a direction changing roller (68), and transports the first separator between a winding position of the first separator to be wound and the direction changing roller via an auxiliary roller (69) which is so provided as to shorten a transportation distance between the winding position and a roller just prior to said winding position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
