PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Sushi material sheet enabling using as Sushi material e.g. small fish and shellfish of a size too small to be the object of Sushi material so far, thus enabling offering some hundreds of and more kinds of Sushi mate rial, and as for e.g. sea bream, young yellowtail enabling using as Sushi material even the end material of an insufficient size, so as to effectively make good use of Sushi material through considerably decreasing the generation of loss. SOLUTION: This Sushi material sheet 1 forms Sushi material 3 together with a required Sushi material 2 through covering the Sushi material; wherein the sheet consists of a thin plate-like-shaped sheet material 6 formed out of a transparent or semi-transparent food material with tastelessness such as devil's tongue. |
