PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make decreasable a rotary torque by adopting a sealing structure by an air current. SOLUTION: By setting front and rear air sealing parts 13 and 14 through which sealing air currents A4 and A5 respectively pass by being positioned front and rear in a rotary direction R so as to put a desorbing part 12 between them to an adsorbing rotor 1 in an adsorbing and desorbing apparatus, an air curtain for intercepting diffusion of an outlet air current A3 induced from the desorbing part 12 by the sealing air currents A4 and A5 (fresh gas current not containing gas constituents) passing through the front and rear air sealing parts 13 and 14 putting the desorbing part 12 between them, is generated.
