PHYSICAL CONDITION JUDGING DEVICE AND BODY STATE JUDGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, speedily and precisely judge a physical condition without giving a burden on a patient. SOLUTION: A physiological amount measuring part 1 consists of a laser type blood flow meter, e.g. and irradiates the skin of a human body with the laser beams of a specific frequency to measure the flow rate of blood flowing through the inside of the dermal blood vessel based on the intensity of this reflected light. A physiological amount analytic part 2 gives fast Fourier transformation to the time series data of the skin blood flow rate measured by the part 1 to analyze the frequency component of the change in the skin blood flow rate. A physical condition judging part 3 calculates the occupying rate of the characteristic period component of the skin blood flow rate frequency analyzed by the part 2 to the whole skin blood flow rate, to judge the physical condition to be good when the rate is larger than a prescribed threshold and to judge the physical condition to be undesirable when the rate is not larger than the prescribed threshold.
