PURPOSE:To obtain complete welding without irregularities after shrinkage, front and rear ends of non attach portion is positively folded to weld to container, before the container covered by heat shrink film is passed in heat tunnel. CONSTITUTION:Both side walls 1A and 1B of container are secured with heat shrink film 3 before hand and are parallel with conveying direction of the container 1. While conveying, loywer front ends 3a, and 3B1 of the non-secured portions 3A and 3B contactr with film fold fixed guides 13A and 13B to fold the film to contact with front and rear walls, 1C and 1D. Then upper portions are forded by front ends of guides 22A and 22B. Then the rear bud of the container 1 is folded by film folding swring bars 18A and 18B and is holded by heating belts 23A and 23 B. By heating and urging of heater blocks 29A and 29B, the film 3 is welded to the container 1. The film 1 is heated and shrinked in heat tunnel to complete package work. |
