PURPOSE:To improve the moisture resistance and heat resistance of a miniature capsule by polymerizing, condensing and crosslinking urea formaidehyde resin prepolymer and cationic urea resin with the sheathed wall of a miniature capsule. CONSTITUTION:Color former solution is emulsified and dispersed as micronized droplets in aqueous mixture solution of urea formaldehyde resin prepolymer, aqueous cationic urea resin and anionic surfactant, acidic catalyst is added to the mixture solution to polymerize, condense and crosslink and urea formaldehyde resin prepolymer and aqueous urea while conducting complex coacervation with the cationic urea and the anionic activator, and hydrophobic polymerized macromolecular sheathed wall completedly covered with the micronized doplets of color former solution is formed to form micronized capsules. |
