SUBSTANCE: articulated device has holder, shaft, pin and bushing. Holder upper part has radial holes and axial hole. Holder axial hole bottom has spherical surface. Shaft is installed in holder axial hole. Shaft lower part has through recess with flat walls. Shaft end part is made with spherical surface for engagement with spherical surface of holder axial hole bottom. Installed in shaft recess is bushing whose external surface has flats for engagement with shaft flat walls. Shaft and holder are interconnected by cylindrical pin which is installed in bushing and holder radial holes. Version of articulated device differs from described one, that it has cylindrical pin installed in shaft through recess. Pin has flats in its middle part for engagement with recess flat walls. One end part of pin is cylindrical in shape with a diameter smaller than a distance between flat walls of recess. It makes possible to locate pin flats between recess flat walls and end cylindrical parts in holder. EFFECT: reduced value of contact stresses in device and reduced wear of parts, and increased service life of unit. 2 cl, 6 dwg |
