PURPOSE:To forecast the period of acquisition, etc., of contents by providing a setting input means, a flow rate calculating means, and a remaining quantity calculating means. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic control circuit 25 checks whether or not there is a cylinder replacement signal from a cylinder replacement signal generating device 27 and judges whether or not the LP gas cylinder is replaced. When the LP gas cylinder is replaced, the capacity value of LP gas in the LP gas cylinder is read out of a cylinder capacity data setting circuit 31 and set, and further a measured value when the gas is all consumed is stored. Then, measurement pulses (a) from a flow meter 21 are counted to calculate the consumption of LP gas up to now and this calculated measured value signal is supplied to an output device 35 and displayed.
