<p>PURPOSE:To display the visiting destination of a worker in a working place in real time by connecting a visiting destination controlling section to a digital data inputting section, such as a personal computer, etc., and telephone exchange and displaying visiting destination displaying information inputted from the input device and a telephone terminal on a visiting destination displaying board. CONSTITUTION:Information, such as one's visiting place, names of the person, section, and company to be visited, and telephone number is inputted from an input section 1 and visiting destination collating information is previously stored in a visiting destination display controlling section 3. Each worker of a working place inputs the telephone number of a visiting destination and visiting time from one of extension telephone terminals 5a-5n and causes the voice recognizing section 2b of a telephone exchange 2 to recognize his voice and the controlling section 3 to store the same information as that inputted from the input section 1. As a result, the visiting destination and visiting time of each worker of the working place are displayed on a displaying board 4 through the controlling section 3 and, moreover, the inputting work can be made not only from the terminals 5a-5n, but also through an external telephone line 6. In addition, when the functions of the voice responding section 2c and voice storing section 2d of the exchange 2 are utilized, the visiting destination information can be outputted in voices.</p> |
