<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a buffer sheet which is peelable into a plastic part and the other opaque layer, by a method wherein a peelable film is stuck to at least one side face of a cellular part possessing an embossed film and base film made of plastic. CONSTITUTION:In a buffer sheet 6, an embossed film 22, base film 24, peelable film 12 and opaque film 11 are stuck to each other. Since the opaque layer 11 is peeled off easily from the film 12, a plastic part comprised of the films 22, 24, 12 and the opaque layer 11 can be separated easily from each other. Although the film 22 possesses a large number of protusions or embossments and the protrusiond 21 are arranged latticelike state regularly, they are not limitted. The films 22 are stuck together with not only the face where the protrusions 21 are ejected but also the face where the protrusions are not ejected. Hereby, the protrusions 21 form cells together with the film 24 and the cells possess buffer action.</p> |
