SOLUTION: A remote control controller means 31 for a server 30 applies remote supervision and remote control to a center terminal 40 provided with a camera 41 photographing a conference agenda object. General terminals 50, etc., of general participants of a conference remotely supervise and control the remote control controller means 31 of the server 30 via a remote control relay means 32.
