PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable control of a process to be controlled even when there are large delay of time and large disturbance in the process. SOLUTION: Relating to this feedback control system, the system is provided with a process dynamic characteristics unit model 6 to indicate secular change characteristics of process state quantum and a first calculating means 8 to determine a deviation between an outputted value of the process dynamic characteristics unit model 6 and a measured value of actual feedback state quantum from a process 4, a second calculating means 9 adds a value obtained by inserting specified time delay into an outputted value of a process model gain 5 to a deviation value from the first calculating means 8, a comparison means 1 calculates a deviation between the outputted value and a target value 2 of the second calculating means 9 and its deviation output is imputted into an adjuster 3.
