PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ice grains from adhering to an ice carrying part and crystallizing, in an artificial snow plant consisting of an ice manufacturing part, an ice sending part, and the ice carrying part. SOLUTION: In an artificial snow plant consisting of an ice grain manufacturing part for manufacturing ice grains, an ice grain sending part 40 for receiving the manufactured ice grains and sending them out, and an ice grain carrying part 60 for carrying the sent-out ice grains into specified positions, the member serving as the ice grain carrying part 60 is covered with a freezing preventive cover layer P by ultra high molecular weight polyethylene material. The ice grain carrying part 60 is composed of a rotary valve 67 which forms a cylindrical hollow part 73 leading to a duct by a plurality of recesses 71 made at the periphery of a rotor 70 and a roughly semicircular groove 69 made at the inside periphery of the bottom of a shell 68 conforming to each other, and a blower. Moreover, the ice sending part 40 is a turn table type of structure where bottom covers 46 by fall cover structures which rock, open, and close by their dead weight in the position of a hopper opening 44 leading to the groove 71 are arranged at the bottom 42 of a rotating casing 41.
