PURPOSE: Installation structure of an oil storage tank for a vehicle is provided to mount the oil storage tank firmly, and to improve assembling efficiency by modifying the assembling structure between the oil storage tank and an assembling bracket. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion installation part(12) is formed in the lower part of an oil storage tank, and an opening part(22) of a buffer rubber member(20) is combined with the outer periphery of the protrusion installation part. An opening part(32) of an assembling bracket(30) is combined with the outer periphery of the buffer rubber member. A recessed fitting groove(14) is formed around the end of the protrusion installation part, and a convex fitting supporting part is formed in the inner periphery of the opening part to assemble with the fitting groove. A fitting settling groove(26) is formed in the outer periphery of the opening part, and combined with the opening part of the assembling bracket. The protrusion installation part of the oil storage tank is combined with the assembling bracket firmly. The structure is modified with inserting the buffer rubber member between the oil storage tank and the assembling bracket, and assembling efficiency is improved with mounting the oil storage tank firmly.
