PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for constructing a towerlike structure relatively unaffected by the influence of winds and reducing the rate of use of a crane. SOLUTION: A first block tower structure 1a is erected on a foundation part 10 and a first guide tower 2a and a second guide tower 2b are assembled to surround the first block tower structure and a lift-up device 4 is attached thereto. Next, a truck 8 is hung on a second block structure 1b, is raised in the direction indicated by the arrow A, is moved laterally in the direction indicated by the arrow B, and is connected to the first block structure 1a. Thereafter, the guide towers 2a and 2b are raised by the lift-up device 4 and extension frames 3a to 3c are assembled therebelow. Then a third block structure 1c having a generator 1d and a blade 1e is placed on a truck 8a and the lift-up device 4 is raised in the direction indicated by the arrow F along the heightened guide towers 2a and 2b and the extension frames 3a to 3C; the truck 8a is moved laterally in the direction indicated by the arrow G and is connected to the top of the second block structure 1b to construct a steel tower for wind power generation, with the blade and the generator at its top. |
