PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control parameter determination device which can obtain control parameters for quickly attaining a target value, by carrying out FF+PID control without overflow. SOLUTION: In this determination device, an initial operation quantity gain learning section 3 divides the operation quantity into a plurality of segments, obtains the presence time of segments below operation quantity acquired during actual control, and obtains lower limit of the operation quantity of the largest segment among the segments of the presence time of a threshold or larger. An FF gain learning section 4 obtains the operation quantity in reaching the target value and an FF gain, based on the operation quantity at control termination time. The initial operation quantity gain is determined, by comparing the value obtained by multiplying the lower limit by the maximum operation quantity and dividing it by the target value with the FF gain, and deciding the larger value as the initial operation quantity gain. Thereby, the initial operation quantity gain and the FF gain, in a controller which performs FF+PID control, are set. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
