TESTING METHOD BY USING BRIGHTNESS VARIATION OF ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A test method with high accuracy using brightness deviation of an OLED display is provided to rapidly determine a color and a line with a defect by comparing a standard pixel brightness according to the line with the standard average brightness according to the color. CONSTITUTION: An OLED display(10) is fixed in a light jig(20). An on/off controller(30) is mounted on a transfer stand(40) and controls the on/off of an RGB pixel. An X-axis servo motor(50) and a Y-axis servo motor(51) drive the transfer stand to X and Y directions. A line scan camera(60) is installed in a camera installation stand. An image capture board processes the image obtained by a line scan camera. A servo driver transmits the command of a motion control board to the X-axis servo motor or Y-axis servo motor.
