PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device which can improve or eliminate a demerit in a case constituting a heating part with a direct flame type gas burner in a heating cooking device, promotes effective utilization of an existing heating cooking device by re-using at least a housing of the existing heating cooking device, and contributes to a cost reduction and reduction of replacement work time compared with a case replacing the whole heating cooking device, and to provide a heating cooking device including the heat source unit.SOLUTION: In a heat source unit U for replacement, a heating part constituted by a gas infrared burner 1 and a frame 2 supporting the one or plural gas infrared burners 1 are arranged as a unit, installed in a housing of an existing rice cooking device (heating cooking device), and a cooking pot (heating target) can be heated by the gas infrared burner 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
