PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a publishing system for a publication for producing an electronic publication from electronic writing information received from a contributor without considering of the total sales, electronically selling the publication to a reader using a computer network based on a communication means and collecting reader's evaluation, and successively reflecting a sales result and the reader's evaluation on a subscription rate for deciding a writing fee. SOLUTION: This publishing system is provided with a contribution receiving means 13 supplying writing information to a server 11 of a publisher, a publishing means 16 publishing the electronic publication inside the server 11 on the basis of the writing information, a browsing means 17 allowing a reader connecting to the server 11 through the computer network to browse the contents of the electronic publication at no charge, a sales means 18 making contact between a reader requiring chargeable subscription and the publisher, a subscription rate deciding means 19 computing a subscription rate on the basis of the reader's evaluation of the reader reading the publication at a charge, and a copyright fee payment means 20 paying a copyright fee to the contributor on the basis of the computed subscription rate. |
