PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar code recognizing method and a device and a program therefor capable of correctly recognizing a bar code of low quality included in an image of low definition. SOLUTION: In this bar code recognizing method for recognizing a bar code included in the image data, a plurality of pieces of line information including the bar codes are extracted from the image data, the bar width information included in each of plural pieces of extracted line information is integrated, and the bar code is recognized on the basis of the integrated bar width information. The bar width information included in each line information is made to correspond, and the integration is executed for every bar width information made to correspond. The bar width information correspond to the bar code is performed by a DP matching processing. |
