PURPOSE: A method for powder painting steel sheet for a shutter door is provided to fabricate the shutter door with color steel sheet and color pipe by powder painting steel sheet and pipe so that paint is not peeled off for a long period of time, and various colors are displayed on the surface of the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: In fabricating a shutter door by penetrating pipes connection rings formed upper and lower parts of the unit panels after fabricating unit panels by passing steel sheet for a shutter door through cutting process, forming process, welding process and sizing process, the method for powder painting steel sheet for the shutter door comprises air blowing process for cleaning the surface of the unit panels(11) and pipes(13), first basic painting process for primary basic painting powder paint of a base color onto the surface of the unit panels and pipes passing through the air blowing process, primary heat treatment process, powder painting process, coating process, and secondary heat treatment process to form a color coating layer(14) on the surface of color unit panels and color pipes passing through powder painting sequence of the first basic painting process, primary heat treatment process, powder painting process, coating process, and secondary heat treatment process.
