The invention relates to a new therapeutic compound enabling migraine and head colds, in particular, to be treated. It is composed, in given proportions which are dependent on the patient's build, of salicylate, distilled water and antipyrine or one of its derivatives. Prepared at the time of use and applied to the patient's skin, it acts essentially via the venous route, painlessly and without side effects.
