摘要 In a waste water treatment plant, the rate of water inflow and in the case of an activated sludge tank at least the oxygen content, the pH value, the redox potential, nitrogen in the form of nitrates and ammonium, the temp. and the liq. level are continuosuly continuously monitored. Rate of water inflow, mixing rate, aeration and rate of water outflow are centrally controlled in accordance with the monitored parameters. Grinding of the contaminants takes place during filling of the tank, as does mixing, nitrification and denitrification takes place in the tank, aeration takes place during nitrification, and the tank is emptied after sedimentation of the sludge. Nitrates and ammonium may also be sepd. from water in the tank. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used in treatment plants consisting of a pre-cleaning tank with a grinding pump. and an activated sludge tank with an agitator and air supply. Control system allows the plant to operate automatically in a rational and effective manner and the proposed plant is compact and economical and requires minimal maintenance.
