<p>PURPOSE:To control the operations of motors, etc., in a CNC axis control distribution system by sorting plural axis control commands defined by a machining program into the commands of a control axis and a virtual axis respectively. CONSTITUTION:An analyzer 10a of a main CNC 10 analyzes the axis control commands of a machining program and sorts these commands into the commands of a control axis and a virtual axis respectively. Based on the command of the control axis, an axis controller 10c controls the operation of a servo motor 17a. Meanwhile a communication means 10b sends the data to another CNC with a command of the virtual axis. Meanwhile a communication means 20b of at least a single follower CNC 20 receives the data from the CNC 10 with a command of the virtual axis. Then an axis controller 20c controls the operation of a servo motor 27a based on a command of the virtual axis received by the means 20b.</p> |
