<p>PURPOSE:To output an analog signal in an A/D converter in the one-chip microcomputer to the outside so as to analyze the A/D converter. CONSTITUTION:The one-chip microcomputer wherein the A/D converter composed of a CPU 101, an A/D control circuit 102, a capacitor circuit 103, a resistor circuit 104, a test circuit 105, and a comparator 106 is incorporated, outputs the output potential of the resistor circuit 104 to the outside through a wire 116, the test circuit 105, and a wire 112 when the test signal on a wire 117 which is outputted by the CPU 101 is at 'H'. Further, a potential which is inputted from the outside through a wire 111 is supplied to the capacitor circuit through the test circuit 105 and a wire 118 and the one-chip microcomputer which can perform A/D conversion, is provided.</p> |
