PURPOSE: A process of preparing fermented feed by adding Bacillus bacteria and specified lactic acid bacteria to a mixed feed of waste food and cereal feed and then fermenting with lactic acid bacteria is provided. Whereby, the feed is increased in availability of feed in livestock body as well as solving problems such as diarrhea. CONSTITUTION: Waste food whose foreign material is removed is ground into the shape of gruel, heated at 90 to 100deg.C to sterilize harmful microorganism and remove a bad smell, and cooled to 50 to 60deg.C. Thereafter, a quarter of raw feed is added to the cooled waste food, mixed with one or more Bacillus bacteria, agitated in time intervals of about 20min for 3 to 5min, and fermented for 12hr or more, and then the residual feed(3/4) is mixed with the fermented mixed feed and fermented with Pediococcus acidilactici(KFFCC-11097).
