PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closer of simplified structure and possible of having it miniaturized and its mounting work and adjusting work accomplished easily. SOLUTION: This door closer is composed of a door closer body 1 provided with a rotational shaft 2 energized to constantly retain a neutral position by a pressing mechanism 5 rivaling with each other from both sides on a casing 10 fixed to a door D side, a stopper 9 fixed to the fixed side, and a rod 8 protrusively provided on the rotational shaft 2 of the door closer body 1 and abutting on the stopper 9.
