PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the snow plowing by mounting the rear part of a snow scraper on the inner bottom part of a bag, and integrating a housing bag with the snow scraper. SOLUTION: A snow scraper 2 is mounted on the inner bottom of a bag 1 by use of, for example, a ring 3. In removing the snow or frost frozen to the window of an automobile, the snow scraper 2 is held above the bag 1, the bag is turned over from this state as a banana is peeled peel to cover the hand with the bag, and the snow or frost is scraped off by the snow scraper 2 in the same state as the work with a gloved hand is formed.
