PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flying tape for game throwing a long and slender tape to the sky for entertainment, capable of securely and simply setting the tape to have folded parts and creases made by winding up so that the tape can effectively exhibit a gorgeous, and beautiful shape. SOLUTION: A material comprising a synthetic resin film such as polyester film having the surface deposited with a metal is used as a tape 1. Plural tape- rolls 3 obtained by winding up the tape 1, are bundled by a revolute material 4 comprising a heat shrinkable film. The tape 1 has winding-up creases made by winding the roll 3 under heating. The multiple points placed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the tape 1 are set with folded parts by adding thrust pressure to the outer surface of the revolute material 4 in the heated state.
