PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain toners having the better flow property of powder and a stabler charge behavior (rapid charge holdability, higher charge and the constant charge after lapse of time) by incorporating the aluminum oxide Al2O3-silicon dioxide SiO2 multi component oxide produced by a pyrolysis method into the toners. SOLUTION: The aluminum oxide Al2O3-silicon dioxide SiO2 multi component oxide produced by the pyrolysis method is incorporated into the toners. The Al2O3-silicon dioxide SiO2 multi component oxide preferably has Al2O3:SiO2 ratios of Al2O3 65±5 mass% and SiO2 35±5 mass%. The Al2O3/SiO2 multi component oxide produced by the pyrolysis method is preferably surface denatured. Further, surface denaturation is preferably generated by hexamethyldisilazane or silicone oil or by D4 (=octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).
