PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talent data management system which enables a user to update his or her data registered at a talent service company into the latest data on a web site by himself or herself. SOLUTION: Personal information on a job seeker registered in a database is read in an individual terminal from the database by using the ID and password corresponding to the personal information on the job seeker by using the individual terminal connected to the web server through the Internet, so that the personal information on the job seeker is altered and additionally registered. |
