PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the manpower for alienation application business of legal public properties or non-legal public properties with the least possible edition work and to efficiently and simply form the electronic data necessary for the alienation application. SOLUTION: In this system, the map data consisting of graphic information indicating shapes relating to each of plural land blocks and attribute information indicating attributes are accumulated in first data accumulation means LgD and LrD (LL). The map data relating to the legal public properties and the non-legal public properties are extracted from the map data accumulated in the first data accumulation means LgD and LrD in accordance with the prescribed attribute information (EX). The extracted map data are accumulated in second data accumulation means PgD and PrD (PL). The drawings obtained by subjecting the land blocks indicating the legal public properties or the non-legal public properties to be applied for alienation to color coating in accordance with the map data accumulated in the second data accumulation means PgD and PrD and the documents stating the prescribed attributes relating to the public properties are outputted.
