<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an agent accurately interpreting the various talks and other requests of a user has difficulties in designing. SOLUTION: A plurality of user supporting devices 20, 26, 28 are provided according to specialty fields, and they are connected to a network 14 as different nodes. Each user supporting device has an assumed user talk collection and an agent behavior collection for responding to the talks, and it talks with users on topics about the special field in charge. The assumed user talk collection includes a general talk library recording general talks and specialty talk libraries recording the talks related to the special fields in charge. Each specialty talk library is independently managed at each user supporting device, and the general talk library is used in common by all user supporting devices.</p> |
