PURPOSE:To mold ISF without using fluorocarbon by reducing a pressure in a mold cavity, casting polyurethane material formed by adding curing accelerating catalyst to a material containing polyol and isocyanate ingredients as main ingredients and adding water thereto, and foaming it. CONSTITUTION:Molds 1 are opened, and a mandrel 42 is set in the movable mold 3. The molds are closed to form a cavity 4, and a vacuum box 11 is closed to seal it. A space of the box 11 is reduced to 50Torr or less, and the cavity 4 is also reduced under pressure to the same degree via a vent hole 5. Then, polyurethane material M in which polyol and isocyanate ingredients are contained as main ingredients and curing accelerating catalyst is added and water of 3% or less of the polyol is added is cast in the cavity 4, and reaction injection molded. In this case, a core of low density is formed by high foaming magnification in the material M, and a dense self-skin layer of low foaming is formed on a part in contact with a surface of the mold. |
