PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition capable of providing a molded product having both excellent gas barrier properties and excellent heat resistance and suitably usable as packaging materials for foods such as films or blow molded containers requiring the gas barrier properties, packaging materials such as electronic parts, medical materials, etc. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition is characterized in that the polyester resin composition is composed of (A) 1-70 pts.wt. of a succinic acid copolyester comprising 24-50 mol% of a succinic acid unit, 0-26 mol% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and >=90 mol% of the sum total of the succinic acid unit, aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and an ethylene glycol unit when the total constituent units of the succinic acid copolyester is 100 mol% and (B) 99-30 pts.wt. of a crystallanine polyester [except (A)] and the randomization ratio thereof is within the range of 20-80%.
