PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the direction of a downward transmission signal at higher precision even if a radio wave environment changes over time. SOLUTION: A ratio communication system forms a communication beam to a mobile station equipment 40 based on an inspecting beam 18 scanned in a scanning area 16, a receiving strength of a mobile station equipment 40 of a calibration wave for calibrating the receiving strength of the beam 18, and a transmitting direction of the beam 18.
