IN-LINE OPERATION SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An in-line operation system and method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display are provided to decrease expenses, manpower and the number of parts by automatically carrying products with integrating a liquid crystal cell assembly line and a liquid crystal module assembly line in the linked stocking region. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal cell is transferred from the storage region(200), and carried to a shunt/bevel apparatus for separating and cutting the liquid crystal cell and processing corners(202). The liquid crystal cell is transferred to a brush washing apparatus directly connected to the shunt/bevel apparatus for washing the liquid crystal cell by the brush(206). The liquid crystal cell is carried to the linked stocking region, and transferred to an affixing unit(208). A polarizing plate is attached to the surface of the liquid crystal cell. Products are transferred automatically between assembly lines by integrating the liquid crystal cell assembly line and the liquid crystal module assembly line.
