PURPOSE: A joining method of a liquid crystal display is provided to join substrates by using thermoplastic resin without using any solvent for melting resin, thereby preventing the pollution of the liquid crystal due to the permeation of the solvent, wherein the thermoplastic resin is convenient to keep and not mixed with the liquid crystal before heating. CONSTITUTION: A joining method of a liquid crystal display includes the steps of preparing first and second substrates(100,110), forming seal lines(120) on the first substrate, charging liquid crystal on the first substrate, joining the first substrate with the second substrate, and cooling the first and second substrates after pressing and heating for a predetermined time period for melting the sealant, wherein the sealant is to be thermoplastic resin. |
